The Integrus is the world's first fully digital infrared language distribution system. It manages to achieve what has long been the wish of many congress specialists: high-quality, wireless audio distribution which is completely immune to distortion from hall lighting. It is also easy to install and interface with other systems. Integrus is ideal for congress centers, universities, international organizations, or wherever simultaneous interpretations take place.
Perfection in reception
The most remarkable aspect of the Integrus is its sound quality. By using a higher frequency band (2 to 6 MHz) it operates way beyond the reach of all types of hall lighting. Furthermore, a much higher signal/noise ratio, plus in-built error correction, gives a crystal clear signal throughout the venue. This loss-free transmission means sound comes out exactly as it goes in, which improves speech intelligibility and therefore leads to greater listening comfort.
Digital transmitters
The transmitter is the central element in the Integrus system. It accepts up to 32 audio sources and connects to the 6 Channel Interpreter’s Desk via the Interpreter Module. Multiple medium and high power radiators are connected and daisy chained to the transmitter to provide full coverage of any venue.
The Digital Stationary Transmitters are available in 4, 8, 16 and 32 channels. Each unit features a built-in mini infrared radiator for audio monitoring. Includes 19” rack mounting brackets, detachable feet and mounting accessories for modules. This transmitter interfaces with both analog and digital congress systems. A master/slave mode allows distribution of interpretations to adjacent rooms.

Digital receivers
These ergonomically designed receivers incorporate the latest electronics technology to ensure maximum performance and a long battery lifetime. The receivers can be used for a variety of different applications including language interpretation, music distribution and multiple channel listening. 2-digit LCD display with battery and reception status indication. Can be used with disposable batteries (2x AA alkaline batteries) or environmentally-friendly NiMH rechargeable battery pack (LBB 4550/00). No power used when headphone is disconnected. The receiver can be worn on the pocket, on your belt or using the included lanyard.

Digital radiators
Integrus offers two radiators that radiate infrared light into the venue for reception by the receivers. Radiators come with mounting hardware for light truss installation.
The radiators transmit at a much higher frequency (2 to 8 MHz) to completely eliminate any interference from hall lighting.
Radiators of 12.5 watt and 25 watt are available to suit venues of various sizes.
The medium power radiator covers up to 10,750 square feet (1,000 sq m), while the high power radiator covers 21,500 square feet (2,000 sq m), when four standard quality channels are used.

Easy checking of radiator coverage
The Integrus receivers have a built-in facility for checking radiator coverage, so no extra equipment is required for this task. During installation they can be carried around the venue, and measure the signal strength at any point. Colored LEDs indicate whether the received signal is sufficiently strong.
Interpreter's Desk
The 6 Channel Interpreter Desk is a microprocessor based workstation used to facilitate simultaneous interpretation. Up to six languages can be accommodated. Up to 12 desks can be daisy chained together so two interpreters per language can have their own desk.

A complete system
All system elements are easy to interconnect and configure. The heart of the Integrus system is the central unit, which interfaces with congress and interpretation systems. A master/slave mode allows distribution of interpretations to adjacent rooms. The central unit is hardwired to infrared radiators, which can be mounted on the ceiling, wall or a floor stand by means of an optional bracket.
